Extras

"Two years ago came news that the economy was in trouble. Back in the Pretty time, bubble heads could ask for anything they wanted and it would pop out of a hole in the wall, no questions asked. But the creative, free-minded, human beings are much more ravenous the Bubbleheads. But they, city council, voted for the reputation economy instead. From now merits and face ranks would decide who go the best mansions, the biggest wall allowances.”
So basically. The more famous you are, the more money you get. I think that’s pretty jacked up. The rich getting richer? That just doesn’t sound right! This book is the sequel to Uglies, Pretties, and Specials. I think that this takes place around three centuries from now. This is a pretty cool book and I’m really enjoying it. This is a fun series to read because he is a very descriptive on how he thinks the future is going to be like. Right now I’m talking to my computer through a microphone & it understands all of what I’m saying and writing it down. It’s a pretty cool. It’s being real pain because sometimes it doesn’t pick up the right words. L O L. Moving on, my question for today is, when does this book take place exactly? What year does this book take place?

Reading Blog

OK, well i need to catch up on these things. . .so here we go. C:The book I am reading right now is "Girl in Blue" and its really good! Its about this girl who runs away from home to join the Civil War disguised as a boy.
Q:"She was going to Flint, but she had another plan. So bold that when she brought it to mind it was like jumping into a cold creek on a hot summers day. And she could do this. she'd been studying on it ever since that day in early April when little Georgie Branwith came running across the creek waving a paper in his hand and yelling something about Fort Sumter and how troops were needed to help fight against the Confederates."
C:That so sounds like something I would do. Run away from home and join the army disguised as a boy. That would be some adventure. . . Q: Will they find out shes really a girl?? And what will happen if they do?

Romeo and Juliet

I knew it was coming. . .but i really didn't want to believe it. . . I finished romeo and Juliet about two days ago. it was really good, but it still stinks because they both die! Sorry if I spoiled it. . . oh wow I am listening to my ipod right now. .. White Horse is playing. I remember Ms Kay saying that she thinks White Horse is more like Romeo and Juliet then Love Story is. I agree. Ah man, and I am watching the movie on YouTube, and the true emotion is very strong. . .and listening to this song makes me want to cry!! :(
" Friar Lawrence: I will be brief, because I wont live long enough to tell the lengthy tale. Romeo who lies dead there was husband of that Juliet. She, also dead, was the faithful wife of Romeo there. I married them in secret. Their secret marriage day was the the last of Tybalt's. His untimely death was the result if the bridegroom's banishment from this city. She came to me distractedly for means to escape your arranged marriage to Sir Paris to avoid her second marriage, or else kill herself right there in my cell. I gave her the sleeping pills. I have such abilities to give her the full appearance of death, which was only a very deep deep sleep. It gave her the expected result, the appearance of death. Meanwhile, I wrote to young Romeo, telling him to come here tonight to help move Juliet from her temporary grave, that being the time when the potion should of worn off. But Friar John, who was to take the letter, got delayed accidentally and returned the letter to me last night. So I went to the vault to conceal her body until I could get word to Romeo. But I found that noble Paris and Young Romeo were dead next to Juliet's sleeping body. When she awoke, I begged her to leave and bear God's will with patients. Then a noise scared me away from the tomb, and the distraught Juliet would not come with me. So I left her in the cell. It seems in that time, she committed suicide."
SO yeah that's what happened. . . My question is. . . What started the Capulet vs Montague feud in the first place??
